Jinrong Street – Chongqing Financial Center

本项目是金融街重庆置业有限公司在重庆江北区开发建设的大型房地产项目;由于地处江北CBD的最西端,紧邻黄花园大桥面向嘉陵江,业主希望利用CBD核心商务区自身资源,本区域稀缺的都市核心江景资源,打造出重庆江北CBD首个集重庆高品质写字楼+大规模临江餐饮、部分商业综合体的物业形式。

本工程为典型坡地建筑,其周边市政道路坡度均在5%左右,坡度较大,A09-1南北高差在6-22米左右,A18-3南北高差在12-30米左右。

由于本工程为典型的坡地建筑,地理位置虽得天独厚,但受地形影响,设计难度较大。建筑形态,场地交通,出入口位置的选择,消防安全,竖向设计的合理性,绿化组织,施工措施等一系列问题的合理解决是本项目的一大特点。

This project is a large-scale real estate project developed and constructed by Jinrong Street Chongqing Real Estate Co., Ltd. in Jiangbei District, Chongqing; As it is located at the westernmost end of the Jiangbei CBD, and next to the Huanghuayuan Bridge facing the Jialing River, the owners of this project hope to create the first integrated CBD complex in Jiangbei District of the high-quality office building, large-scale riverside dining street, and some commercial complexes, by virtue of the CBD core business resources and the scarce urban core river view resources in the district.

This project is a typical sloping building, around which the municipal roads have a relatively large slope of about 5%, the height difference between the north and south of Land A09-1 is about 6-22 meters, and the height difference between north and south of Land A18-3 is about 12-30 meters.

As a typical sloped building, it is difficultly designed due to the influence of the topography despite its other unique advantages. A major feature of this project is the combination of construction form, site traffic, location of entrance and exit, fire safety, rationality of vertical design, and reasonable solutions to a series of problems such as landscaping design, and construction measures.
