公司具有工程设计综合资质甲级、建筑工程施工总承包壹级、专业承包壹级（电子与智能化工程、建筑装修装饰工程、消防设施工程、建筑机电安装工程）及对外承包工程资格证书及其相关资质，可以承接全行业、各等级的工程设计业务和从事工程设计资质标准划分的建筑、机械、医药、船舶、兵器、市政、商业、化工、能源、建材、轻工等21个行业的工程总承包、项目管理等业务及境外工程承包等业务；承接建筑工程施工总承包壹级资质范围内的施工总承包、工程总承包和项目管理业务。

公司具有城乡规划编制、工程监理、工程咨询、工程造价咨询甲级资质；具有压力管道设计资格；具有独立的进出口经营贸易权、对外经济合作资格证书、进出口企业资格证书、自理报关单位注册登记证书、工程招标代理机构资质证书、施工图设计文件审查许可证书及建筑装饰工程设计与施工资质证书。

China IPPR International Engineering Co., Ltd. (IPPR) is a large-scale engineering company that integrates engineering consulting, engineering design, EPC contracting, project management, complete equipment sets, and development of technology, industry and trade.

IPPR boasts Grade-A integrated qualifications for engineering design, Grade-I EPC qualifications for architectural engineering construction, Grade-I specialized contracting qualifications (for electronic and intelligent engineering, architectural decoration engineering, fire protection facility engineering, and architectural electromechanical installation engineering), and the certificate and relevant qualifications for foreign project contracting. It is qualified to undertake engineering design tasks in all industries at all levels, as well as EPC, project management, and overseas project contracting tasks in 21 industries classified by engineering design qualification standards, covering architecture, machinery, medicine, shipbuilding, weapons, municipal engineering, commerce, chemical engineering, energy resources, building materials, and the light industry. At present, IPPR has a staff of over 3,500 employees, including two national masters in engineering survey and design, one young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions, one winner of Liang Sicheng Architecture Prize, 18 employees entitled to special government allowances of the State Council, one SINOMACH expert with outstanding contributions, 18 senior SINOMACH experts, over 800 doctors and masters of various disciplines, and over 800 senior engineers and higher-ranking workers. In terms of organizational structure, it has 20 directly-managed production entities and 12 functional management departments.
