中国航空集团总部大厦建筑用地在东北三环转交处，采用巧妙的平面构图以及独特的立面造型，成功解决了这个难题。塔楼与裙房的组合关系象征了企业文化中天与地之间的联系，同时回应了城市与人的不同尺度的要求，体现了科技与自然的和谐，化解了基地与城市主格网的偏转。从三环路的不同角度，或瞬间或长久的，人们会看到白色巨翼从绿色的基座腾飞。

本项目为中国航空集团总部办公及其他外租办公共同使用。建筑平面如何适应不同大小办公空间需求的组合，是平面设计的难点。本项目标准层平面采用极简的设计理念，主体功能房间全部集合在核心筒内，核心筒的形状与外轮廓平行，这样形成了曲线与矩形相结合办公空间。曲线部位为开放式办公空间，矩形部位为独立式办公空间。这意味着建筑空间可按照使用功能的要求和发展灵活变化，并且这种无限变化产生出丰富，活力而独特的办公环境。

The construction site of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited Headquarters Building is located at the Northeast Third Ring Road interchange, which has been successfully solved by the application of ingenious plan composition and unique elevation modeling. In response to the requirements of different scales of cities and people, the combination of the tower and the podium is the symbol of the connection between the sky and the earth in the corporate culture, which reflects the harmony between technology and nature, and resolves the deflection between the base and the main grid of the city. From different angles of the 3rd Ring Road, people will see the white giant wings soaring from the green base of the building, instantaneous or long-term.

This project is jointly used by the headquarters office of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited and by other leased offices. The adaptation of the architectural plan to the different needs for different sizes of office space is a difficult point in graphic design. Under the minimalist design concept for the standard floor plan, the main functional rooms are all assembled in the core tube, which is parallel to the outer contour, thus forming an office space that combines curves and rectangles. The curved open office space and the rectangular-independent office space means that the building space can be flexibly changed in accordance with the requirements and development of the use function, and that this infinite change produces a rich, dynamic and unique office environment.
