本项目强化在地性设计，营造生态园林式医院，创造了整体形象鲜明的区域标志性建筑；本项目统一规划，分期建设，通过合理布局解决近期需求与远期发展的矛盾；本项目以工艺设计为引领，打造了高效、弹性的现代化医疗建筑空间；本项目按照绿色建筑三星级标准设计，践行了绿色建筑设计理念。

作为马鞍山市公共卫生体系建设重点项目，本项目为马鞍山市打造出一座现代化区域医疗中心，其建成使用优化了马鞍山市现有医疗机构布局，并助推该市医疗卫生事业实现跨越式发展。本项目设计探索和创新为今后的医疗建筑设计提供了宝贵的经验。

An eco-garden hospital responsive to its local conditions, the project created an iconic building for the new district of Xiushan. The campus is master planned into two-phase development to meet both current and future needs. The hospital, A 3-star China Green Building Design Label building, offers highly-efficient, flexible spaces for state-of-the-art healthcare services.

As a key project for Maanshan's municipal public health system, its completion brings a modern medical center to the region that will optimize the city's distribution of healthcare resources and boost the system's development. The exploration and innovation as lessons learned in the design process is invaluable for future healthcare facilities.
