设计充分体现了妇幼专科医院的特点，践行“大专科 小综合”的医疗模式，将不同专科门诊、病房垂直布置，形成相对独立的专科中心，医技集中共享。儿科，妇科，产科和保健以及综合医技中心通过一字型主街联系，简单便捷，集中高效。由于项目位于高烈度地震区，医院按9度抗震设防，设计采用的隔震设计技术，开创了“大底盘多塔结构隔震”医疗建筑的先河。

The design fully embodies the characteristics of Maternal & Child Health Hospital. the medical mode of "big specialized hospital and small comprehensive hospital" is put into practice, to vertically arrange different specialist clinics and wards, form a relatively independent specialist center, and centralize and share medical technology. The pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, health care and comprehensive medical technology centers are connected by the main street, which is simple, convenient, centralized and efficient. As the project is located in a high-intensity earthquake area, the hospital is designed according to the 9-degree earthquake resistance, for which the seismic isolation technology is adopted to create a precedent of the "large chassis multi-tower structure isolation" medical structure.
