项目设计力求适应当地气候特点，尊重民族习惯，同时具有良好的政治形象，符合绿色环保理念。建筑造型设计突出政府建筑庄重典雅的气质，整体建筑体量感厚重，以朴素的手法表达内在之美。黄色干挂石材墙体结合局部镂空金属花饰，和谐大方。两个端部半圆收尾,呼应中间元素。入口的尖券开洞处理，秉承了伊斯兰建筑一贯的韵味，同时又具有明显的标识性。中部800x800的小方窗开洞，,双层外墙及深凹凸式柱廊的设置，避免过多阳光渗透，避免室内环境过热。架空屋面设计，有效隔热，适应干热地区的气候条件。

The project design strives to adapt to local climate characteristics, respect national customs and meanwhile have a good political image and be in line with the concept of environmental protection. The architectural shape highlights solemn and elegant temperament of government buildings, with thick single building volume sense, and expresses the inner beauty in a plain way. Combined with partial hollow metal decoration, the yellow dry-hanging stone wall is harmonious and decent. Semicircles ending at two ends echo the element in the middle. Pointed arch opening at the entrance adheres to the consistent charm of Islamic architecture and meanwhile has a clear identity. The design of small square window openings of 800x800 in the middle can avoid excessive sunlight penetration and overheating of indoor environment, as well as the double-layer facades, deep concave and convex colonnades. Overhead roof design, with effectively thermal insulation performance, can adapt to the climate conditions in dry and hot areas.
