本项目结合生物医药产业园的特点,采用模块化实验室理念及逻辑分析的手法,进行实验室功能单元组合,体现“国际化、开放、绿色、创新”特点。本项目的建设，进一步强化了北京经济技术开发区生物产业研发水平，提升了开发区在自主创新等领域的核心竞争力。形成拉动开发区生物产业基地总产值的一个新的经济增长点，实现良好的经济与社会效益。此外，本项目所探索和形成的公共服务机制，对促进我国整个生物产业的战略发展会产生积极而深远的意义。

This project combines the characteristics of biomedical industrial park. It adopts the concept of modular laboratory and method of logical analysis to combine the functional units of laboratory, reflecting the characteristics of"internationalization, openness, green (eco-friendly), and innovation". The construction of this project further strengthens the R&D level of the bio-industry in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BEDA) and enhances the core competitiveness of BEDA in the field of independent innovation. It formed a new economic growth point to pull the total output value of the bio-industrial base in the development zone and achieve good economic and social benefits. In addition, the public service mechanism explored and formed by this project will have a positive and far-reaching significance in promoting the strategic development of the whole biological industry in China.
