Yanxiang Hotel Renovation and Expansion

本项目是老燕翔饭店拆除、扩建工程，主要功能为酒店和办公，其中，诺金酒店是中国第一家自主品牌的五星级连锁酒店，由首旅集团与德国凯宾斯联合打造。设计遵循品牌中式、现代、绿色和奢华四大支柱理念，在传统和现代中寻找平衡点，古为今用，利用传统元素让建筑换发出新的生机，体现了诺金品牌核心价值观和设计的最终诉求，目前已经成为区域的新地标。

This project is the demolition and expansion project of the old Yanxiang Hotel; the main functions are hotel and office. NUO Hotel is the first five-star chain hotel of China's brand, jointly built by Beijing Tourism Group and Kempinski Germany. The design follows the four pillar concepts of Chinese style, modernity, green (eco-friendly), and luxury, finding a balance between tradition and modernity, where the past serves the present. The use of traditional elements to revitalize the building reflects the core values of the NUO brand and the ultimate goal of the design. It has now become a new landmark in the region.
