康莱德酒店以别墅式客房为主，总共包含101栋客房别墅。壮美的临海景观是用地的一大优势，设计追求海景最大化，充分利用场地内高差，尝试解决分散式别墅酒店的视线遮挡问题。以大堂的中心线为轴设置了一条长向景观带,将内部景观、海景及各组客房别墅有机连接。酒店所有建筑高度只有1～2层,低调的隐映并生长在自然环境之中。酒店尝试现代欧陆风格，融合本土建筑材料与质感运用，尽显奢华又不失与自然和谐呼应。

In 2007, Sanya Haitang Bay was formally positioned as a "national coast", a world-class tourism holiday paradise, and a first-class resort for high-end domestic and foreign tourists. Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay Hotel, as the first five-star hotel in the bay area, the strategy is to improve the quality and build an ecological, high-quality, and diversified holiday experience.

Under this background, designers devote to integrate public seascape resources, site elevation differences, and guests experience as the key of the design, trying to find a new way which is truly suitable for the local environment.

The Conrad Hotel is dominated by villa-style rooms, which has 101 guest rooms in total. In order to maximize sea views, which is the biggest advantage of the site, designers try to use the height difference of the site to solve the problem of vision blocking by distributed villa hotel. Also, taking the center line of the hotel lobby as the axis, a long landscape belt is set to connect the internal landscape, sea view and each group of guest rooms and villas. All the buildings of the hotel are 1-2 stories, which have low profile and growing in the natural environment. The style of the hotel is modern European, integrates the local materials and texture. It's fully shows not only the luxury building style but also the harmonious with the environment.
