亦城财富位于北京经济技术开发区核心区28C3地块。本工程建筑面积157,392平方米；建筑功能主要为商务、企业办公、商业服务及其它配套设施；本建筑由两座塔楼、共享大厅及裙房组成，地下两层，其中A座地上32层，高度140m，B座地上24层，高度110m。

本案的设计理念以发现新大陆为主题，体现财富这个主题，共享大厅为设计的一个亮点，该空间开阔而通透在高空俯视如一颗钻石镶嵌于两栋塔楼之间晶莹剔透浑然天成，旁边悬挂的具有吸音材质的群鸟在周围盘旋。考虑到节能降耗的需要，利用铝板加装与建筑模数匹配的天花，疏密有致的菱形光源使空间有了丰富的层次，穿孔铝板背附吸音层，使高敞空间的声学问题得以有效解决。地铺形式延续出室外绿色广场，室内外交相辉映延展了空间视野增加了共享中庭的通透与自然光，提升了办公舒适度。通过声、光、多媒体等介质营造灵动意境与无处不在的绿色植物让空间充满现代、生态与科技感。

亦城财富中心为北京经济开发区档次最高的5A级写字楼，已成功举办包括全球智能引擎科技大会等多场高标准大型国际会议，成为亦庄地区的建筑地标。

The design concept of this scheme is to discover the New World and embody the theme of wealth. The sharing hall is a highlight of the design. The space is open and transparent and looks like a diamond in the sky between the two towers, with birds hanging in the sound-absorbing material circling around. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, aluminum panels are used to install ceilings matching the building module, and the dense diamond light source makes the space have rich levels. Perforated aluminum panels are attached with sound-absorbing layer, so that the acoustic problem of high open space can be effectively solved. The paving of the ground extends to the outdoor green square, which extends the view of the space, increases the transparency and natural light of the shared atrium, and improves the comfort of the office. It uses sound, light, multimedia and other media to create a clever artistic conception and ubiquitous green plants, so that the space is full of modern, ecological and scientific sense.

Yicheng Fortune Plaza is the best 5A office building in Beijing Economic Development Zone. It has successfully hosted many high-standard large-scale international conferences, including the Global Intelligent Engine Technology Conference, and has become an architectural landmark in Yizhuang area.
