北京金融街威斯汀酒店位于北京市西城区金融大街丙9号，地处市中心，是一家五星级高端商务酒店，酒店配套设施齐全。总建筑面积：117,675m²，地上建筑面积：77,000m²，地下建筑面积：40,675m²，地下4层，局部夹层，地上23层，酒店客房数483套。

该项目本次为室内装修改造工程，原建筑由中国中元于2005年设计建成。威斯汀酒店致力于不断更新的同时，追求创新的路向，多年来，沿著核心价值开发他们的品质服务，为客人创造最舒适和创新的体验。本次改造设计局部翻新区域保留了历史记忆，重新改造设计区域又融入了创新元素。设计灵感主要源于皇城、故宫，从平面布局上采用对称、方正的布置方式，在大堂、大堂吧、宴会区、会议区的布置中更加凸显仪式感；在局部色彩上引用故宫的色彩元素，在细节中彰显品质。此项目设计旨在通过使用最优质的材料及创新的空间规划方法来制定同等的奢华标准。在照明上亦采用暖光调，局部点亮的设计形式，突出酒店舒适、温馨、高端的氛围。该项目的方案设计由香港HBA公司完成，与外方的配合、施工过程中现状的制约及机电设备的调整成为改造中的难点。

该项目的顺利实施，使威斯汀酒店重新焕发活力，运营、内部环境有很大提升，品质服务升级，为客人创造最舒适和创新的体验，彰显酒店品质，打造品牌特色。

The Westin Beijing Financial Street is located at No. 9 C, Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. It is a five-star high-end business hotel with complete supporting facilities. It covers a gross floor area of 117,675m², an above-ground floor area of 77,000m², and an underground floor area of 40,675m². There are 4 floors underground, a partial mezzanine, and 23 floors above ground, with 483 hotel rooms.

The project is an interior renovation project. The original building was designed and completed by China IPPR International Engineering Corporation in 2005.  Westin is committed to constantly updating and pursuing innovative direction. Over the years, it has developed quality service according to the core values to create the most comfortable and innovative experience for its guests. The local renovation area of the design has retained the original style, while the newly renovated design area incorporates innovative elements. The design was inspired by the imperial city and the Museum Palace. A symmetrical, square arrangement is adopted for the plane layout. A sense of ceremony is highlighted in the layout of the lobby, the lobby bar, the banquet area, and the conference area. The color elements of the Museum Palace are used for local colors, which manifest the quality in the details. The design of this project aims to formulate equivalent luxury standards with the superior quality materials and innovative space planning methods. Warm tones are adopted for lighting. The design of partial lighting highlights the comfortable, warm and high-end atmosphere of the hotel. The scheme design in this project was completed by HBA (Hong Kong). The difficulties in the renovation include the cooperation with the foreign parties, constraints in the construction, and the adjustment of mechanical and electrical equipment.

The smooth implementation of this project has rejuvenated Westin Hotel. The operation and internal environment have greatly improved, and the quality services have upgraded, which create the most comfortable and innovative experience for guests, highlight the quality of hotel, and build brand characteristics.
