本项目以教学功能为主，辅以少量的办公和配套功能，主要难点是如何充分利用非常有限的基地条件，在高密度的中心城区建设一所适应未来教学模式和教学理念的现代化绿色校园。设计以集约高效利用土地资源，有序组织室内外空间为出发点，提出适应未来教育发展的前瞻性空间配置，通过多元开放的共享空间营造，契合随处可学的教学理念。同时在有限的校园空间中，植入中心庭院景观，形成室内外相互交融的独具魅力的绿色校园环境。

项目投入使用一年，其前瞻性的空间配置、高品质的室内外环境空间以及随处可学的教学理念，受到使用者和参观者一致好评。为中心城区高密度校园建设、开放式教学空间、绿色校园、智慧校园等创新性校园设计提供了很好的借鉴。

The project focuses on teaching functions and is supplemented by a small number of office and supporting functions. The main difficulty is how to take full advantage of very limited base conditions to build a modern and green campus that adapts to the future teaching mode and teaching idea in the dense downtown area. The design takes intensive and efficient use of land resources and orderly organization of inner and outer spaces as the starting points, and puts forward the forward-looking spatial allocation that adapts to the future education development to correspond to the teaching idea of learning anywhere through creating a diversified and open shared space. The central courtyard landscape is also designed in the very limited campus space, creating a charming green campus environment that integrates indoor and outdoor.

After one year of operation, the project has been highly praised by users and visitors due to its forward-looking spatial allocation, high-quality indoor and outdoor space and teaching idea of learning anywhere. It provides a good reference for building high-density campuses and designing open teaching space, green campuses, intelligent campuses and other innovative campuses in the downtown area.
