Energy Center and Ground Source Heat Pump Project of Beijing New Airport

本工程构建燃气锅炉、浅层地热、烟气余热相互耦合的供能系统,其中地源热泵和烟气余热供热()面积257,是供能面积最大的地源热泵项目,促进民航系统可再生能源利用。本工程的烟气余热回收装置将锅炉排烟温度降至30℃,项目达产后采暖季可回收烟气余热量为14.6GJ,节省燃气量430Nm³,回收烟气冷凝水4.2t;地源热泵系统每年能提取浅层地热能28.09GJ,节省天然气879Nm³,可减少碳排放2.7t。本工程优化烟囱设计,降低烟气抬升高度,确保飞行安全。本工程设置智能管控平台,实现供需平衡,设立能源监控平台监测机场的供热、制冷、供水、污水、中水、燃气、电力、雨水、管廊等能源系统的重要生产数据。

In this project, an energy supply system coupling gas-fired boiler, shallow geothermal and flue gas waste heat is constructed. The heating (cooling) area of the ground source heat pump and the flue gas waste heat is 2,570,000m². It is a ground source heat pump project with the largest energy supply area, promoting the utilization of renewable energy in civil aviation system. The flue gas waste heat recovery device of the project may reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler to 30℃. After putting into operation, the project in the heating season can recover 146,000GJ of residual heat from flue gas, save 4,300,000Nm³ of gas, and recover 42,000 tons of flue gas condensate. Every year, the ground source heat pump system can extract 280,900GJ of shallow geothermal energy, save 8,790,000Nm³ of natural gas, and reduce 27,000 tons of carbon emissions. The project optimizes the stack design, reduces the plume rise and ensures the flight safety. The project is set up with an intelligent control platform to realize balance of supply and demand and an energy monitoring platform to monitor the important production data of airport energy systems such as heat supply, refrigeration, water supply, sewage, reclaimed water, fuel gas, electricity, rainwater and pipe gallery.
